Technology
This is sovereign-grade infrastructure for identity, safety, and compliance. Below are the core layers that make the system work.
Blockchain Identity Layer
A permissioned blockchain acts as the shared source of truth for licenses and credentials. Each country operates a council node that records issuance, renewal, suspension, or revocation and provides an immutable audit trail. No vendor owns the data. Authorities co-govern the ledger.

QR, USSD, and Universal Access
Verification must work everywhere. Channels include QR scans on smartphones, USSD for feature phones, SMS look-up where data is limited, and offline caching for facilities that sync periodically. This ensures verification in cities, rural areas, embassies, and remote missions.
AI Compliance and Risk Engine
An AI layer scans patterns and flags risk. It detects duplicate records, unusual clusters around facilities, out-of-pattern activity, and early signs of organised fraud. It generates practitioner and facility risk scores to guide regulatory action.
Zero Trust Security and Privacy
Every request is authenticated, authorised, and logged. Controls include role-based access, fine-grained policies, encryption in transit and at rest, hardware-backed keys where available, and alignment with ISO 27001 and leading privacy laws such as GDPR and HIPAA.
APIs and Enterprise Integrations
Trusted systems can connect through secure APIs. Typical integrations include hospital HR and credentialing, EMR and telemedicine platforms, embassy and immigration checks, insurance and claims validation, and university verification of graduation records.
Multilanguage and Localisation
Interfaces, notifications, and key documentation support English, Arabic, and French at launch, with the ability to add more as regions come on board. Arabic views render right to left.
Audit Explorer and Uptime
Provide an explorer for authorised parties to view audit trails and contract events. Show node health, latency, and uptime targets with SLAs published.
